Eating to recover after physical activity
What an austral table can offer someone who has just walked, ridden or sailed for days.
The recovery question is what gives rise to OG37’s Bioadaptive Table: instead of "where do I have dinner tonight?", it asks "what do I need, given what I have just done and what comes tomorrow?". It is a question of context, not taste.
What it considers and what it does not
- It considers: the activity done, the one coming, preferences, declared restrictions and the general goal of the trip.
- It does not consider: biometrics, medical data or sensitive information. The MVP neither collects nor stores them.
- It does not provide: diagnosis, treatment or clinical recommendation.
Answers
